Peer Learning Communities (PLC's) consist of church leaders - pastors and church staff - who covenant together for a journey of growth. The PLC process is two years in length and involves frequent meetings of the PLC groups along with monthly coaching sessions with the facilitator/coach for their group. PLC participants choose from a list of ten potential outcomes to determine outcomes on which they will focus for growth. These outcomes include both personal and leadership growth and translates into growth for their churches. PLC MATERIALS FOR DOWNLOAD |
